SUMMER 2020-2021 CLUB MEMBERSHIP FORM
For the players that were already registered for the cancelled Winter 2020 season,
there is no need to re-register if you have let the Club know you will be playing in the Summer 2020-2021 season.
By completing this registration you agree to pay for all games (including missed games due to illness, injury, holidays, etc).
You also agree to the club's policies, by laws and Codes of Conduct as shown under the Resources menu.
