​We are so excited that you have chosen to join our Club!​

Please read through and complete the below registration form.

Registrations can only be accepted once full payment has been received

   Payment is required to complete this registration.   

​Please note that prior season fees must be paid in full before registering.

Once players are registered, they will be placed in age group teams based on their year of birth.

The club registrar will make contact with you if they have any questions ​about your child's team placement.

​​

Unfortunately, we cannot accept registrations for players that are born 2008 or earlier.

​​

​By completing this online membership, you agree to pay for all games

(including missed games due to illness, injury, holidays, etc).

An invoice will be sent to your registered email for final payment during the season.

​

​You also agree to the Club's policies, by laws and Codes of Conduct as shown under the Resources menu.

Please confirm you have read and accept the below T&Cs:

  • A flat season fee will be invoiced and is payable for the full season. This fee applies regardless of attendance and includes games missed due to holidays, illness, injury, or other personal circumstances.

  • The season fee also covers rounds where forfeits, byes, or training sessions may occur instead of a scheduled game.

  • Fees must be paid in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice.

  • Players who have not paid their fees by the due date will not be permitted to take the court until payment has been received, unless prior arrangements have been approved by the GPBC Committee.

  • If a player withdraws from the season after teams have been entered into the competition, fees, including registration and invoiced fees, may not be refundable, as the club remains responsible for team and competition costs.

  • Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the GPBC Committee.
